Our Commitment
Anvil Search Group believes that the most successful client relationships are forged by trust, honesty and openness. They are our commitment to our clients, job candidates and partners. They define our entire approach to the job search process. It is the way we conduct our business.
Clients understand and value our approach. They see firsthand the value of what we do in the high-caliber, qualified job candidates we present. No shortcuts. No fill-ins. No excuses. We are committed to and respect the trust our clients place in us.
Job candidates have confidence in how we conduct our executive searches. They understand and value the time, counsel and preparation that every Anvil Search Group search assignment demands. We are committed not just to the success of the job search process, but to the success of the person in that process.
Finally, we subscribe to the National Association of Personnel Services' Code of Ethics. The code represents our highest industry standard. Anvil Search Group is committed to its goals and the professional conduct it inspires.
Below are The National Association of Personnel Services' standards and the principles upon which Anvil Search Group conducts its executive search and recruitment:
The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) has been the staffing industry educator since 1961 and enjoys its reputation as the oldest industry association. NAPS has established itself as the primary resource for industry education, certification, publications, communications, public relations, training opportunities, government affairs, legislative representation and trends & survey analysis. This is their Code of Ethics, which we strongly uphold and practice.
