Certified Personnel Consultants

Anvil Search Group is managed entirely by Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC), the staffing industry's acknowledged symbol of excellence and professionalism.

The CPC designation represents successful completion of the certification program of the National Association of Personnel Services, the organization representing the staffing industry in the U.S. and abroad.

Created to promote quality standards for staffing industry professionals in servicing their clients and the general public, CPC is the industry's highest designation. It represents nearly a year's worth of learning, training and examinations, and requires continuing education credits to maintain certification.

CPC certification means that whether client or job candidate, you are dealing with an accomplished professional who has passed a series of prescribed industry standards and is well-qualified to handle all aspects of the recruiting and executive search process.

Less than 15,000 US staffing industry professionals have ever been CPC-certified.

Clients and candidates both benefit by choosing firms staffed by Certified Personnel Consultants. Not only does it signify a high level of staffing expertise and professional competence, CPC symbolizes the highest ethical and professional standards for the conduct of client-candidate business relationships.

Not surprisingly, many clients and candidates seek out firms with CPC staff for precisely the greater confidence it inspires in the entire search process.

Below are The National Association of Personnel Services' standards and the principles upon which Anvil Search Group conducts its executive search and recruitment:

The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) has been the staffing industry educator since 1961 and enjoys its reputation as the oldest industry association. NAPS has established itself as the primary resource for industry education, certification, publications, communications, public relations, training opportunities, government affairs, legislative representation and trends & survey analysis. This is their Code of Ethics, which we strongly uphold and practice.
